Daily Kos

Custom tech to achieve legislative results

We organized the first major joint action for Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand in 2012 and have been building coalitions, producing microsites and slicing and dicing data for our political and nonprofit clients and their partners ever since.

So when Daily Kos came to us for help organizing grassroots advocacy alongside their partners, we got straight to work building a custom joint action platform from the ground up, leveraging years of experience to meet the unique needs of Daily Kos and their allies.

These joint actions have proven to be powerful advocacy tools, mobilizing hundreds of thousands of activists at a given time, as well as producing meaningful digital growth. In particular, we have:

Collected 210,000 unique signatures on a petition urging the Obama administration to stop Pfizer and other corporations from dodging billions in taxes. By integrating with The White House’s We the People platform, we drew a direct response from The White House.

Organized a mega-coalition of environmental groups, including Greenpeace USA, League of Conservation Voters and Friends of the Earth U.S., to motivate 294,000 unique actions demanding the UN keep big polluters out of the Paris climate talks.

Set up the central hub for online actions as part of a robust persuasion campaign to pressure Congress to release the CIA torture report. We drove 165,000 online signatures that were delivered in person on Capitol Hill.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. We’ve organized thousands of campaigns, motivated more than 34 million actions and acquired more than 18 million email addresses. We have been able to achieve policy goals and compel responses from The White House, and we’re constantly innovating, testing and optimizing every step of the process to transform prospective online supporters to ardent activists.
